Milledgeville Mayoral race headed to runoff

The type of race for Milledgeville's mayor is considered to be headed to a runoff.

In Tuesday's election, former Milledgeville Mayor Floyd griffin iphone cases got 916 votes. That is certainly 44. 6%. Gary Thrower accepted 676 votes, which comes out on 33%. In third place, Melba Burrell with 461 votes- or to 22. 4%.

Griffin phone case and Floyd will face each other for the runoff on July 14. This selection is to replace former Mayor Rich Bentley who stepped down using February.
